For each of our projects, a site-specific project safety plan is developed which takes specific safety requirement sand environment of the project into consideration. This plan outlines the responsibilities relating to safety for all parties on the project and establishes a plan for safety education and training.

On all DANE Construction Project sites, a daily Job Site Safety Analysis (JSA) is held with all employees where safe work practices are discussed. These daily safety meetings are documented with all employee's signatures to ensure ownership and buy-in of the plan.

For our new employees, DANE Construction has an Employee Orientation Program where we discus safety procedures and what to expect on the job.

We are fully committed to a drug-free work environment through pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing for all employees at all levels of the company.

At DANE Construction, all employees are OSHA 10 certified.

While some training is mandatory, at DANE Construction employees are given a training course catalog that showcases all available offerings to enable individuals the opportunity to guide their career and growth.
